When booking, you’ll first select your preferred location and weekday, followed by an available time slot. As part of the booking process, you’ll be required to complete a health questionnaire. This is essential for us to begin assessing your case. While the questionnaire for Health Consultations is quite detailed, it also helps you reflect on your health history before your appointment. Bio-Resonance Testing

Appointments for bio-resonance testing are conducted at Rooms for Therapists' and Bay20 premises. To adhere to their 24-hour cancellation policy, we require a 20% deposit when booking your session. The remaining balance can be paid via cash or card after the session. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee.

Your appointment will only be fully confirmed once you receive a separate email with the room number.

Walk-ins for bio-resonance testing are welcome, with payment required in full after the session in cash or by card. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability, and there may be a wait. To check availability in advance, please call +44 7506 223744.

During weekdays, face-to-face appointments take place between 10 AM and 2-3 PM, depending on the location. On Saturdays, appointments are available at 12 pm and 3 pm with pre-booked appointments only and are subject to availability at Bay20. For evening appointments, please contact us to discuss options.

 

Health Consultations in the Therapy Room

Health consultations and single follow-up appointments require full payment in advance, as we begin working on your case upon receiving your completed health questionnaire. This preparation forms the majority of the work and requires at least 48 hours before the face-to-face consultation. Please check the event calendar for our location on your chosen day.

If you choose a 3-month or 6-month plan, follow-up appointments will be booked together in the therapy room.

The 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all health consultations and package follow-ups. A £50 cancellation fee will be charged for late cancellations, payable at your next visit via card or cash.

Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience for all clients. For optimal results, refer to the "What to Expect?" guidelines.

 

Zoom Consultations

Zoom consultations require full payment in advance. A Zoom link will be sent to you upon booking. If you encounter any issues, please call +44 7506 223744. Zoom calls can be easily rescheduled if needed and there is no fee for that.

Health Questionnaires

To ensure we provide you with the most personalised care, please note that a health questionnaire must be completed before the payment and therefore appointments can’t be booked less than 24 hours before a face-to-face appointment. These questionnaires will be part of the booking process but you can also view them by clicking the buttons down below.

  • After your test, you’ll receive your results via email along with a brief walkthrough. You may then choose to book a consultation to thoroughly discuss your results and next steps.
