14. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Deposits: A deposit or full payment is required for all bookings.
Cancellation: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee. A 50£ cancellation fee is payable when the follow-up face-to-face meeting of the 3-month or 6-month Plan has been cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment. It is payable at the next appointment.
